JRT Metro Keeping it Organised Program 1

Keeping it Organised Program 1 is designed to equip Reps with the essential skills and strategies to progress workplace issues and strengthen union presence. This program covers key topics such as union and workplace mapping, recruitment, and workplace planning. Additionally, a guest speaker from Gordon Legal will join us to discuss Work Cover.

Keeping it Organised is divided into two parts: Program 1 and Program 2. To get the most out of your experience, we recommend completing both programs. However, they can be taken in any order and within any timeframe that suits you.

All new and existing ANMF Reps are encouraged to attend. Where practicable, we suggest at leave two Job Reps attend from your workplace, to help implement program outcomes after training is completed.
We suggest participants aim to attend Keeping it Organised on a yearly basis.
