The importance of Delegates
The role of Delegates in any union is vital – Delegates are the face of their union in the workplace.
The ANMF has both Job Representatives and elected Health & Safety representatives who collectively are called Delegates.
Without our Delegates, we would not be present or visible in workplaces nor would we have the direct line of contact with members that our Delegates deliver to us.
